Anybody ever had a paper cut on their eyeball? I had this happened to me yesterday and have to say doesn't burn as bad as a paper cut on your fingers.

Put some lemon juice on it and report back with the comparison.

Make sure you sanitize the area with some rubbing alcohol

I am more interested in the circumstances that prompted this rare occurrence and if you have constructed a new paper handling protocol to avoid future ocular injuries.

It was a freak accident where I had a paper in my hand and the corner of the paper went underneath my glasses as I turned and felt the cut on my eyeball. I was like oh sh*t expecting the worst but didn't sting as bad as I thought it would. My eye is red and it is sensitive to light but I have been treating it.

This happened to a friend. It got infected. Two surgeies and a year later it was back to mostly normal, vision wasn't quite right.

Stay frosty.

I had a splinter in my eyeball once, didn't know it was a splinter at the time. Went to the eye doctor and he said all was good and gave me some eye drops. A couple of months later it still hurt so I looked closely in the mirror and saw something in there so I pulled it out with some tweezers.
