How many times are we gonna see this until something is done? 13 breakins and 3 sexual assaults. Why was this animal out of jail? I want judges held accountable.

Judges are politicians. The political class is by definition, unaccountable. At best, in a culture with as many bad guys as good guys, they are electorally beholden to the families of the criminals every bit as much as the innocent victim. And with the pendulum so far in one direction and with moral idiocy as our major growth industry, just expect more of the same.

Not really. Prosecutors are too focused on "winning" imo. I don't know anything about this guy's previous arrests but a lot of times you just don't have the evidence or even a witness that is cooperating fully.

Sentenced in April to 5 1/2 years let out to appeal. How does that happen? Especially with his prior history.
