Outdoor Pellet Stoves

I was considering adding an outdoor stove to my patio. I skipped an outdoor fireplace in the building process but now have the option to add something to gather around and watch football. I could add gas or a pellet stove but wanted to see if anyone has experience with these stoves?

I think Roger is probably the local expert on pellet stoves....hopefully he will stop in at some point.
