Outdoor brand ceiling fan recommendations?

Looking to replace two regular, nothing fancy ceiling fans for my outdoor patio.
I already have two Faniamations
for my outdoor kitchen area and while I like them a lot, I'm not looking to spend that much for my patio area.
Same goes for any Big arse Fan - extremely nice, but not in my budget for this area.
Is Hunter still the better brand to go with?

Big arse fans.
Quiet, powerful, and made of carbon fiber. No sagging.
I have the halo I think.

100 % agree.
Mine have been out for a while and I think they only lasted about 3 or 4 years before they went to complete shite.

I see this brand all the time in Lowe's and HD - will certainly take a look.

Yep, my two certainly are sagging. They won't even spin any more.
But I just the price tag on these ... extremely nice and out of my OT budget range.

I just get the wife to fan me with a big leaf.

Just use whatever is labeled as outdoor at Home Depot or Lowes. All the boxes are labeled with the air throughput amount, which should help you compare. It's just a ceiling fan so I wouldn't over think it personally.

Agreed. Just want something better than what I have now - as both are inoperable.
Not looking to break the bank. Guess it will come down to style, air throughput and price.

The OT is correct here. Don't spend much on outdoor fans in this sauna. Buy $100 fans and change the blades if they start sagging and the motor still works. You'll be lucky to get 4-5 years out of them depending on where they are installed.

Transferable? I have a damn Hunter in my living room right now that I was about to replace.
Edit...it was here when we bought the house.

Get a cheap one with plastic blades. No sagging.

I have 4 Hunter Mariners that have been going strong since 2003. Blades have yellowed but they work fine.

That's what my builder recommended and I put in 3. Only 1.5 years old so too early to say, but OK so far.

I put Kichler in my outdoor kitchen, pricey but have lifetime warranty and are much better quality than ones u buy at Home Depot or lowes.
