Out of towners in BR - what to do?

I have some friends staying in Baton Rouge for the weekend and asking me what to do for the day.

Drive by Riverside Towing on River Road and give them the finger

Tour the new Capital, the State museum, & the old Armory. All are within walking distance of each other. Then go visit Mike the Tiger

My choice would've been WWII museum but we were just going to wing it there since it's pretty easy to find sometching.
The Capitol may be the most ideal.
