Other "easy money" ideas from the early Intenet days besides domain squatting?

Had a discussion with a friend a while back who had gotten a degree in computer science back in the mid 90's, but went to work for an oil and gas company that had nothing to do with computers and how he regrets not using his talents at the dawn of the Internet.
He was talking about several people he graduated with who went to work for startups or started their own computer or Internet businesses and made tons of money.
I brought up the simple shite that someone with little computer savvy could have done like domain sitting or just great ideas for websites like TD.
What were some other "easy money" making Internet ideas?
