Starting the squat everyday program that muscle pharm president does and is promoting. Anyone else doing this? Not sure if this will be good or in a month if I will be able to walk. We will see...

3x per week is perfect imo. Squat does wonders to testosterone levels and it's by far the most effective work out for me.

I started doing squats regularly about 2 years ago (I'm 33) and I've been getting extremely firm boners like I had in high school. It's like taking viagra.

3x a week is the best way to go. Your legs need rest. Any more than that might lose its benefits

Presumably that doesn't mean squatting heavy every day. If you do, you're asking for trouble IMNSHO.

oleyeller, you are a pussy.

OP how advanced are you? if you haven't pushed a linear progression program to its limits then I recommend you start there. I suggest greyskull lp or starting strength. If you have I suggest you looking into either madcow or better yet 5/3/1. If you really want a squat specialization program, try smovlov, but be ready to hurt.

if you are determined to do the challenge, hold it to only 30 days.

bottom line is specialization programs should only be used for intermediate to advanced lifters.

Everyday seems a little much. I agree 3x a week is probably better. Rest is just as important as lifting.

Never heard of this guy or seen any pics but he works in the supps industry. Theres no telling what he could be taking that helps him recover from that intense of a regimen

This. He claims to be all natural, but unless you see the results of his piss test, you don't know. And if he's taking something exotic, you may not know even then.

I consider all natural to mean no supplements and no roids. just natural nutrition, like Food.

That is all I use. I did supplements in my 20s and got outrageous pumps and gained short term gains but once you stop you lose some gains.

natural means no anabolics. supplements dont make you not natural and you didn't lose the gains because you quit taking supplements you lost it because you quit working out or weren't getting proper nutrition. Only possible exception is water weight from creatine, which is naturally found in red meat btw.
