Oh and i also saw a syringe on the bathroom floor at my gym, I gave myself the remaining juice real quick.

I just bought some new creatine called Creade by RSP, some arginine and some X Factor which I have used before and it worked pretty well.

Drink lots of water, eat lots of protein, stick to complex carbs. Gold standard whey 3x/day with some fruit and yogurt.

Simple.
