It's kind of unnatural for your feet on those things. I have issues with it too.

Finished my 5-3-1 bench session with 275x2. .... Took it for an extra rep.

Then did some BB behind the neck presses, DB shrugs, calf raises and elevated seated dips.

Funky machines. I don't like them. Messes with my stride.

Oh good. I thought there was something wrong with me

What's better for cardio? At the gym. Treadmill, elliptical or bike? The bike seems way too easy

The bike is the easiest, but great for posting on your phone.

It depends on the bike. I like using the bike for interval training and flushing the lactic acid out my legs

12 minute EMOM

2 squat cleans every minute. Worked up to 195.

3 rounds or 6 minutes
6 hang clean
8 front squats
10 burpees

40% of heaviest weight from EMOM. I used 100lbs.

It could be a shoe issue. Did you notice if your shoes were too tight? I know the impact from running can cause your foot to swell, which will make your shoe to not fit properly.

Leg day today. Did the usual routine on 30 second rest intervals...

Squats: 3 sets to 20 reps @ 205 lbs, 1 set to 20 reps @ 135 lbs
Hack Squat: 5 sets to 50 reps @ 180 lbs
Hamstring curl machine: 5 sets to 40 reps @ 100 lbs
Calf presses on leg press machine: 5 sets to 50 reps @ 230 lbs.

Bought Optimum's new pre-workout, pretty good stuff on the first use...hopefully it doesnt wear off.

2 Bar Muscleups
..add a rep to each movement each subsequent round.

Got 565 for 2 on DL this morning. Pretty much right in there these days with my squat. I guess this is legit for the OT considering I just turned 43?
