Frog leaped into the apartment while I was letting the dog in. Found the frog alive, but I'm almost positive the dog licked the frog multiple times. Dog is ~50 lbs and seems to be acting normal

Any cause for concern? Reading google makes me want to take him to the vet

He's fine. Not sure but don't think many frogs poisonous. Mine do it all the time.

90% chance he'll be fine.

10% chance he turns into a frog.

Either way it's not that bad, i doubt his personality changes that much.

Mine has done that before, puggle.

He did start heaving and throwing up, we gave him Hydrogen Peroxide at the request of a call-in help. He finished puking and was fine after that.

Scared as shite at frogs now.

Was there a bump on the log under the frog licked by the dog on this blog?

Gotta love the frog jokes. Frogs can be deadly poisonous to dogs, even just when licked. Glad to hear everything turns out ok

I'll try the hydro peroxide if he pukes

Are you in South America? If no, then you are fine. If yes, then your dog is already dead.

Frog or toad?

My dogs are a bit addicted to getting fricked up from toads. happens about 5-7 times a summer with each of them.
