It's psychological. I really think that most of these women received no attention from the "good looking jocks" when they were in high school, but now they are in a position of power where most of the high school guys want to impress them and flirt with them. These women love the attention they are finally getting from these type of guys, and they can't control themselves. Plus, I bet they look at it as some weird competition against the high school girls.

There should be a class that is mandatory or at least substantial time in an existing mandatory class for future teachers that talks about the minimum jail sentences for acts like these. Also social media in general. My niece shut down all her social media accounts once she was in the class room. She opened them back up using her mothers last name so friends and family have it, but the kids can't find her.
