I just flew across the world (US to Indonesia) with 3 kids aged 5,3, and 1. Prayers sent my brother.
Get an ipad or 2, load it up with games and movies and get a kid friendly case and some good kids headphones. Bring lots of little snacks for the older girls. Bring some of those puffs, Mum-Mums etc for the little one. Think about the best seating arrangement for the kids. I would avoid bringing car seats on the plane if you can. Those things are a pain in the arse. Do bring strollers and gate check them. See if you can get the rental car company to rent car seats.
