I remember seeing my first CD player there. It was a 3 speaker jambox and was $500.

I worked there from December '82 to the day after Father's Day 1985. Great place to work while in high school and college. I did not see any commercial's with Irwin and only a few with Joe. Irwin would let drive is Cadillac from time to time to the gas station and fill it up with gas. I was able to help break up two theft rings within New Generation's warehouse. Shout out to Phillip my boss.

Haha thats awesome. Loved going to that store. I tagged along with my older brother each week. Would occassionally hit up the Florida Blvd flea market for speakers shortly after in the Cox cable parking lot.

Too funny. Started working security there in 87-88. Worked in the front and then rotated throughout the day to a guard shack in the back to watch the staff there. Busted a cashier in the front for stealing from the store.
