Is she so hot that you’ll turn into a bumbling idiot when you see her, absolutely not. But she is definitely above average and if I remember correctly you live in or near BR and there is no way 5 out of every 10 women there are this good lookin. Lizzo or her white equivalent would be more like the average there.
