They dont work well. Buying ozium and spraying that like hell is honestly a better idea.

There are better ways but done right it's serviceable. Pair it with febreeze or ozium and your mom may never find out

Smoke outside? Unless your blowing blunts all day I don't see how it's that bad. Or you just confine it to one room in the house. Me and my buddies used to have office meetings in the bathroom. Pile in. Smoke a blunt. Fall out. Idk why because we smoked in the living room 24/7. I guess just another way to sensationalize it.

My freshman year in Hatcher we had a towel nailed to the bottom of our door. We also had a fan in the window blowing out and we spayed Ozium a lot.

Dorm room we'd blow into paper towel roll stuffed with activated charcoal and capped on the end with a dryer sheet held on by a rubber band.
