OT parents, do you use a nanny?

If yes, what is the going rate for a in-house sitter

Looking at 3 days a week, 8am-4pm

Any help appreciated.

I use a nanny
Someone else pays her, I just use her after work.

i have one that i claim on my taxes. she watches the baby all the time for us.

yeah she is cheaper than most

but we allow her to bring her daughter with her to our house

We paid ours $50 a day. She cleaned too. I had to go to da hood to pick her up and drop her off though.

i sometimes wish we had an in house nanny, but surprisingly our two year loves going to daycare

I'm actually glad our nanny brings her daughter, who is only 3 months older than ours

It gives our daughter someone to interact and play with

I have a babysitter that comes to my house from 7-5 every day, but no nanny.

I am in the Baton Rouge area and pay $12 hour for full time. They come to our house everyday.
