Brakes got spongy. Replaced master cylinder. Brakes worked fine. Power steering whining. Replaced power steering pump. Worked fine until I got in the road. Now when I slow down and apply brakes the power steering goes out. Rev truck up to 2000 plus rpm power steering unlocks. What's the problem ?

Your brake booster runs off of your power steering, it's called a hydro boost. Try bleeding your brakes/master cylinder again. Check the ps pump fluid levels and look for leaks

1. Open fuel cap.
2. Insert lit road flare.
3. Run away.

correct. OP has an issue with a valve sticking open in the hydroboost system. Either the valve in the power steering gearbox or a valve bypassing in the hydroboost unit itself.

Do you morons see a vacuum brake booster here?

Dodge or Rams are the #1 diesel in America according to sales. They out sale Ford and Chevy 6 to 1 ever since the 5.9 Cummins

Like a fricking Ford or Chevy diesel has never broken down.

Drive by any diesel mechanic shop and take note of what's in there.
