I have a 93 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4.0HO lifted with superswampers that i use for backroad beer drinking with the ladies. Today I was giving it some TLC with fresh oil and filters. I popped the pumpkin cover off the rear end and noticed my ring gear has a broken tooth. About a 1/4" of the tooth is broken off. How big a deal is this? Does it need immediate attention? Still drives like nothing's wrong. I just don't wanna get half drunk one night and have to walk 2 miles to the camp. Thanks
For your trouble

For a camp jeep I wouldn't worry about it, so long as you removed the broken bits. Worst case you drive home in front wheel drive.

Won't hurt anything to use it like it is. Main thing is make sure you clean out any debris as stated above.
