Dip a string in lighter fluid, tie it around the bottle, light it on fire.

It will "cut" the bottle wherever you tie the string.

I was looking at these last night to cut a couple beer bottles I want to turn into glasses. G2 Diamond Tech was the best one I could find for cheap, its around $20 on amazon and the reviews all say it works very well. I've also done them with a wet tile saw but no longer have access to one

A wet tile saw is the only thing that will work consistent. Roll the bottle as you cut. You have to make sure the bottle is this thick enough though cause the thin ones will break every time. I've been there done that
