Take a multi
Just look at the supplement facts on the back of the bottle to see what your getting. Every multi is different

n all seriousness though be careful with too low of a low carb diet.. How many grams a day are you shooting for?

Asking because people that cut carbs drastically (extremely low) usually gain weight really quickly when they introduce higher amounts of carbs back into their diet.

horseshite!

This is true of every "diet" that includes some extreme that you need to adhere to. It has nothing to do with physiology and everything to do with willpower.

I would take a multi. You can get ones with creatin or other mixes so you don't have to keep six bottles. Don't listen to retarda who say they are proven not to work. That is research people doing crazy arse studies that don't mean crap.
I would also do protein shakes and BCAAs. You can do the BCAAs in drink or pill.
Lastly look into carb cycling. Most people don't go real low carb for more than about 2-3 weeks without starting to feel like shite. I like my ratio to be 40/40/20 on macros.

Most people experience mild "flu-like" symptoms within the first week of sub-20g of carbs daily. This passes eventually, though I wouldn't recommend any stringent aerobic/anaerobic activity while in that phase...there's just not much in the tank to begin with.

Also, OP, if you're looking for a protein powder that's well within the range (per serving) of the low carb diet, check out Trutein by Body Nutrition. Not only do they have the best flavors, like, EVER; it's also a local company out of Lafayette.
