Hey OT,

Spinoff from other thread. I am starting low carb diet as well.

Afraid of lack of potassium, magnesium, and calcium.
Will I be lacking anything else on a low carb diet?

Are there multivitamins / supplements that has all in one?

Looking for 1 bottle - not 3-6. I want to keep it simple if possible.

Thanks OT!!

Get a 60 serving tub of C4 and take 4 scoops right before you lift. Only vitamin you need.

In all seriousness though be careful with too low of a low carb diet.. How many grams a day are you shooting for?

Asking because people that cut carbs drastically (extremely low) usually gain weight really quickly when they introduce higher amounts of carbs back into their diet.

Multi vitamins have been proven to be not beneficial.

this is true. But it's because they add back too many or basically just go back to their old habits

My skin crawls from 2 scoops. I literally could scratch myself until I bleed.

Most vitamins present in a multivitamin are in a form that you cannot use. Just eat the right fruits and vegetables to get the vitamins and minerals you will need.

I would take a multi. You can get ones with creatin or other mixes so you don't have to keep six bottles. Don't listen to retarda who say they are proven not to work. That is research people doing crazy arse studies that don't mean crap.
I would also do protein shakes and BCAAs. You can do the BCAAs in drink or pill.
Lastly look into carb cycling. Most people don't go real low carb for more than about 2-3 weeks without starting to feel like shite. I like my ratio to be 40/40/20 on macros.
