My biz partner who lives in Houston has a crazy live-in girlfriend that he finally was wise enough to split with. Problem is, she has been living with him for over a year and is not cooperating with respect to getting the hell out. He owns the house and she has never paid any rent or utility etc. Any attorney types here on the OT can advise on handling? Could he put her stuff on the curb and change the locks, for example?

Give the 30 day notice; then move stuff to storage unit. Change locks. After a few months in storage; donate to charity.

30 day eviction notice served by the sheriff.

You can't just throw someone out on the street.

I looked at a house that a guy told his girlfriend she needed to be gone by the time he got off work at 5:00. She did but filled every plumbing fixture in the house with quikrete. The guy said he was getting tired of going to the Texaco when he needed to take a shite

Ha! All I can say is she is pretty hot but from the moment I met her I knew this situation would come. If only he could just clip her vocal chords he might have a good long-term keeper.

Technically yes.....but if he moved her craps to storage and changed the locks one would assume she wouldn't fight to spend the night with him.
Tell him to immediately video every single inch of his apartment...she will start stealing shite.

If she knows the location of y'all's meth stash, you may have to humor her for a while.

He should jerk off onto all her good stuff while she's not there. One or two things a day and she'll be headed out pretty quickly

Deny she ever even lived there. Let her try to sue and prove otherwise. It won't be worth it for her so she'll just throw a bitchfit and move on.

Don't be a dumbass. You think she doesn't get mail there? What about Car registration? Driver's license?

prepare for the worst, hope for the best

can he find a place for her, pay the 1st month, move her stuff in it then change the locks ASAP?
at least she has a place, paid for a month, and would likely adjust to that quicker and perhaps more civily than with eviction etc

If he can, while she is away, he should pack everything up, please it in a storage facility, pay the rent in advance for 3 months, and hand her a wad of cash. Had I done this, I would have saved so much time and money, it's almost unbelievable.
