Psoriasis. It's caused by inflammation/auto-immune response.
Doesn't look like psoriasis to me.
OP, just go to your dermatologist to have it examined. Better safe than sorry.

Looks like a burn. Like a laptop or some other device had a hot spot and it burned your skin.

Derm PA here:
Where exactly on your leg is this? Closer to your ankle? Do you have a history of edema or swelling? Before you diagnosis it as a skin cancer, other diagnoses could be schambergs purpura, dermatofibroma, Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Depending on close up examination, may need a biopsy, but may not. See your local Derm provider. Where do you live?
inside of calf between ankle and where my man meat dangles near my knee. No history of edema or swelling. The kids have a derm in Covington I could use. Thanks for the help.

you'll live..
A seborrheic keratosis (seb-o-REE-ik ker-uh-TOE-sis) is a common noncancerous (benign) skin growth. People tend to get more of them as they get older.
"Seborrheic keratoses are usually brown, black or light tan. The growths (lesions) look waxy or scaly and slightly raised. They appear gradually, usually on the face, neck, chest or back. Seborrheic keratoses are harmless and not contagious. They don't need treatment, but you may decide to have them removed if they become irritated by clothing or you don't like how they look."

You really need to get it looked at. I go to the dermatologist every 3 months because I have had 14 melanomas. Luckily 13 of them were caught early and the procedures to remove them could be done in an office environment. The one which was actually my first one in 1982 caused me to spend a week in the hospital. I go immediately if I notice something new anywhere on my body. Hopefully it’s nothing but I would definitely get it looked at by a dermatologist
