Looks like a burn. Like a laptop or some other device had a hot spot and it burned your skin.

Where exactly on your leg is this? Closer to your ankle? Do you have a history of edema or swelling? Before you diagnosis it as a skin cancer, other diagnoses could be schambergs purpura, dermatofibroma, Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Depending on close up examination, may need a biopsy, but may not. See your local Derm provider. Where do you live?

A seborrheic keratosis (seb-o-REE-ik ker-uh-TOE-sis) is a common noncancerous (benign) skin growth. People tend to get more of them as they get older.

"Seborrheic keratoses are usually brown, black or light tan. The growths (lesions) look waxy or scaly and slightly raised. They appear gradually, usually on the face, neck, chest or back.
