I'd go M3 only bc I think the C-class sedan looks awkward. The coupe, on the other hand, looks incredible:

Lexus for me
I've heard too many negative comments from BMW owners, but none from Lexus owners. Of course, I've never known many to own either.

If you're willing to wait, you should probably throw the Jaguar XE and the Alfa Romeo Giulia on your list because both of those will be better than the three on your list.

Everyone else besides me in my family only buys Lexus, although I have owned 2, and they are great. They never break and the rides are perfect.

LS460 isn't even in the same category as the other two.
I have driven both. The C63 is more fun, but the M3 is tighter and seems more well put together

I'd figure if I'm gonna spend 80k on a lexus it might as well be the big one even though I like the GS and R models .

I'd still take the AMG over the others, I've always been a fan of the MB AMGs so I'm probably biased
And the Lexus is 15k more and is their top of the line version...

Hard to compare as these cars as they are not in the same market of customers. People shopping for an M3 are not cross shopping that Ls.

Lexus is very heavy and much slower. If you are a true driver enthusiast get the m3 with the 6 speed manual. Lose a couple tenths in the 0-60 but a blast to drive. Plus you get 50k miles no maintenance costs

I have driven that exact c63. 2015 year one edition. Have sat in the m3. M3 seemed a bit roomier. would not kick either out of bed. going by heritage I think m3 would get the nod. I had the previous model (m3 sedan) and it was an excellent blend of sport and comfort.

For luxury and reliability give me the Lexus.
For spirited driving or a day at the track, BMW all day long.

I like the GS better than what you posted. Still like the M3 though.
Q70 is not in the same league. It's a nice car, although a bit dated now.
