Do you know anything about Belmont's programs?

They have a well regarded music school, as might be expected. Not just performance, but management, production, etc.

That's not a bad idea at all. Nashville is a tremendous city and it's only 6 or 7 hours drive (cheap direct flights as well). We've been down there a couple of times for Blackhawks-Predators games and he's loved the city. Do you know anything about Belmont's programs?

Belmont is pretty strong academically. They are in Vandy's shadow (literally down 21st Avenue from Vandy), but they have some great programs. They have an active Greek system (unique for a Christian school), and compete at the Division I level. They regularly make the NCAA Tournament in basketball - and with no football, its a big deal.

An interesting anecdote, they won the "Academic March Madness" bracket this year.

Campbell is unique because its a small college atmosphere with the advantage of being near the Research Triangle. They have partnerships with UNC and Duke that really help the prestige of that place. Again, a mid to high 20s ACT score would really prosper at a place like Campbell.
