If you have stock wheels, just go to Walmart. I've never had any issues going that route. Should run $50-$60 there.

Here is a question: if I get wheels second-hand, will I be able to get somebody to put my tires on the new wheels and put the new wheels on my vehicle?

a lot of places don't like to mess with cast aluminum or magnesium wheels because they are prone to break..however, someone will do it for you if you look around....

As long as you have standard wheel and tire sizes it should be cheap. It's not rocket surgery for goodness sakes.

Call your closed "USED" tire place. They usually do it all for about $11-14 bucks a tires as long as you don't have TPS.

Anywhere they are going to take forever most likely though because you didn't buy the tires from them.

You imply that the shop doesn't want people to bring their tires in. It's not an either/or situation. They can go somewhere else. The tire shop can also not offer the service.

Do tire shops not like to do these jobs in exchange for money?

I use southeast tires on airline. Whatever you finding use Firestone. They charge you out the arse for extras that don't need done.

Chabill's doesn't. Last time I ordered a set online they wanted something like $60 per tire to install. Then the guy said that they don't like to work on tires they didn't sell.

I really hate going there but Walmart is turning into my go-to tire install place. They've always gotten the balancing right, and they actually use a torque wrench on the lugs. And they're cheap. I still won't go in the rest of the store beyond automotive though.
