He wouldn't have gotten in trouble anywhere and anytime if, you know, he didn't decide to drive while drunk....

We'll hopefully they take away his license this time. How many DUI's does it take at that age?

Minimum 75 days - up to 30 years?
LINK

WTF? How can they have a sentencing recommendation that broad? If you kill or harm someone in the act of a DUI its already another charge. (We know the answer - its so Little Hitler elected judges can really frick people if they want to)

And a 2 year license suspension?

They can take your liberty for 30 years - but your license only 2 years? :banghead:

Should be the other way around. 75 days to 2 years and you lose your license for 30 years you fricking moron you don't get to drive period.

That's a charge?

I got charged with that at 15 years old for telling the police officer I remembered him from a prior occurrence where he harassed my friends and I.

The charge was later dropped because he knew he was a piece of shite.

But yes, "public intimidation" is a charge.

I have zero tolerance for them. If it were up to me the penalty would be at least 5 years suspended license with no chance for some lawyer to talk it down (for first offense).

Because I bet you've never driven after drinking 2-3 beers before, right?

First offense- 5 year min prison sentence and permanent loss of driving privileges
