I got out of a 3 year relationship, got on tinder & bumble and it really is like shooting fish in a barrel.
Bumble is better though, fwiw.

Try it. Do Tinder or Match or POF and go in with zero expectations. Be confident and ask qtns.
It takes a lot of trial and error to find a match buts it's better than the bar scene IMO
