Which, from a legal standpoint, is utterly meaningless.

Prop Stop honeys go with the guy who has the biggest boat. Muddy Bottoms girls go with the guy who has the biggest trailer. Big difference

Well shite happens when Bubba needs to show his baws how fast his Razr goes. But not until he slams a few Natty Lights and reminds them he spent $21,000 on that mother fricker.

They have a lot of land. A small cemetery would be a way to earn extra revenue.

Makes sense.

The Webster Parish Sheriff's Office confirms a woman was airlifted to the hospital in extremely critical condition and was later pronounced dead. A male passenger refused treatment.

Well, naturally.

True but it is hard to prove that the land that they were riding on was negligent.

Most cases the negligence falls on the riders which the park is not responsible for.

The decedent. What a damn shame.....

The accident killed 40-year-old Alissa Wiley of Dry Prong, who was driving one of the ATVs; her passenger, a man, refused treatment, Igo said.

The collision happened when one ATV veered into the path of the other, Igo said. Investigators have not yet determined why.

I went to Trucks Gone Wild a few years ago. Was driving about 10mph to the back of the park to meet some friends. Within 3 minutes of getting inside the park, some dude on a four wheeler cut across the road so close in front of me, that I almost hit his handlebar. He then proceeded to curse me out because I almost hit him....even though he came up behind me going like 30 and cut in front of me.

Same shite went on the entire night, and we left at 7am the next day because it was so ridiculous. I didn't want to see anyone die, so I GTFO.

There are some really high quality people there

We need to crush this "its ok to be a redneck" movement.
