You could start working out. Just lift.

Be careful with all that food in your house. The wife might find it and I bet she doesn't have the same problem you're having.

Why do you always have to be a dick about this. we talked to two doctors and had to make a real hard decision about this. Is it not better than sticking needles in her arm and fighting off dope sick off and on for nine month. frick

Oh I know some women do struggle with that. But they are def a minority. Most struggle with keeping weight off.

Otherwise the fitness industry would not be as thriving as it is.

Water weight is real easy to put back on. You could probably cut to 170 in a couple days, then be right back to 180 in a few hours.

If you want to start gaining mass again make your meals a regiment of red beans & rice along with a big ribeye every night.

How so? Protein, Starch, & Fats.

Could probably gain weight pretty quick with that as your nightly meals.

Coors original can be substituted for Budweiser, but only if your financial situation requires it.

Coors light is not acceptable for this application.

Yea if he just wants to gain fat. I would imagine he would want healthy lean muscle.

The old saying of turning fat into muscle is just dumb. You can add lean muscle without adding fat first.

I could lose 20 lbs in a few weeks and gain them back in less time.

I'm currently 6'3 200 lb.

Not to derail the thread.

The only places where the Bud & Coors price points differ are Louisiana & Mississippi i.e. 3.99 for a 6 pack of tallboys (I'm sure it has to do with distributors).

Hell Banquet is more expensive then Bud in some places.
