It's called random because they are random. I have never been chosen while I have friends I worked with who would get picked 2-3 times a year.

You are all stupid. A urine test can detect usage anywhere from as little as 3 days to 90 days depending upon body weight and plain old genetics. A hair test can detect weed even if you smoked it a year ago.

60 days is extreme PJ. But possible.
What is mote likely the two different tests had different acceptable minimums.
The metabalarilon rate is different for everyone based on a number of factors.

What story???? Mine??? Well its true... I hire people all the time when needed. I would have never thought this guy would have failed the test. Bottom line is that DON'T DO DRUGS if you want to work for a plant or a contractor that goes into any plants... Its pretty simple...

A better question would be why in the hell would they care if he smoked weed in the first place.
You can drink yourself into oblivion on Friday and Saturday night with no worry, but if you smoke a J you can not get a job on Monday morning. fricking stupid.

That is simply ridiculous. There is no dead cutoff. It depends on how much/how often you use, your metabolism, the drug test itself, and many other things than just a hard "60 day" black or white cutoff. And I don't think the fattest slob in the world who eats a pound of pot brownies every day would need 60 days for it to get out of their system

You are making sense as was I... I deal with this all the time.. My labor manager trying to hire people is a bitch with all the drug tests he has to arrange and how many fail..But ya never really know if someone is throwing you a curve....

You can't test positive for alcohol either.
