On weekends like this, I like to break out my smoker and pour some of my best Pinot, a little Chablis or Sauvignon Blanc for the woman, and do some good west Texas style bbq for any of the neighbors that didn't feel like finding a hotel room either. It makes for some good esprit de corps.
