Actually probably an old term. It’s changed to only eprescriptions now. With two points of ID to write controlled meds like oxy and adderal and Norco. Used to be a special Rx pad that was triplicate with a carbon etc. so they could be tracked and recorded. I’m not sure if Xanax is that level of med.

Had an older(55ish at time) gay coworker scotch tape a motion sensor camera to back of urinal prob almost 10 years ago. It was here in BR.
Long story short, cops were called and charges filed/arrest was made. Coworker was a derelict and ended up taking selfie while taping camera to pisser. EBRP assistant district attorney plead out and this legit sexual predator/pervert received one year probation.
