This was a shot square in the nuts for anybody who likes Baton Rouge.

He basically said, I don't know the name of this place and I'm just gonna pretend I'm in New Orleans.

For christ sake. South BR has chains and neighborhoods with one entrance/exit= suburb feel

North BR has no neighborhoods with random houses and businesses mixed in with a good chance to get cultured= Nola feel

I used to hate chain restaurants. But growing up and living almost my whole life along the I-10 Perkins corridor, I now appreciate the chains. They help make the local places less packed with visitors, business folks, travelers on 10, etc.
