cruciferous veggies are just really good for you in many ways, but they can frick you up if you over-do it (like with basically everything0

like somebody else said, collard greens are the new "fad" CVs

i prefer broccoli to all the ones i've tasted so far

I just pick a green and roll with it.

But restaurants apparently had gotten out of control with the kale.

Collard greens now huh?

I need to pull a Trading Places on the next green fad before it gets going.

I ask my momma to cook me some collard greens when I go home.

I probably should ask for the recipe, but I doubt I would make them taste as good.

braise some ham hocks for about 90mins, rip the greens off the stems and simmer them in the braising liquid til tender but not completely falling apart.
