Jesus man. You might have some issues that go beyond thinking her actions were dumb as shite and that she should be legally held accountable.
What she did was stupid as shite and she should be penalized the max the law allows to send a message, but I don't really have any feelings towards her and her family. I just try to not put much energy into things I have no control over, but your anger must be coming from somewhere. It seems personal to you.

Haven’t kept up lately but even getting charged likely shitcans her chances of getting licensed as a nurse, so if she hasn’t been kicked out of school I’m not sure there is a point for her to finish.

I think it's interesting that they got her in and out of the station, or wherever it was she was arrested, without any press pictures or video in the middle of the day.

I will make a wild prediction and say if she goes the OF direction, she will not be one of the girls who are pulling in the big dollars.
Being a OF model/content creator.. Whatever they call themselves is like lawyers. There are a lot of lawyers out there, but only a small percentage have made enough money to start putting advertising all over the place which generates even more business.
Some lawyers are only good at doing wills and other type of legal paperwork, some are the whole package and know how to get shite done and in the middle its a little bit of everything.
My point is.. She might struggle when it comes to the business side of being on OF.

We are friends with Aniah Blanchard’s mother and Angela put her heart into this case (as well as many others). Seeing this girl’s family go on the Today Show and lie, then refuse to talk to the police, then show no real remorse outside an attorney’s public statement is insulting to everyone who’s had to face real evil.

Good Lord, did you watch the first initial press conference? They eviscerated her, it was as thorough as a public undressing as you could possibly fathom. If she does end up getting off light it will be because of the judges or attorneys that decide those things but the Hoover PD has in no way treated her with kid gloves.
