They could be a group of 20-year-old friends out on the town, but some of the women in this photograph are actually twice that age.

Three sisters from the Hsu family in Taiwan have taken the internet by storm thanks to their incredibly youthful looks. And they're showing no sign of ageing any time soon, just like their 63-year-old mum.

Lure Hsu, a 41-year-old interior designer, hit headlines two years ago when she appeared on an entertainment show in her home country and people couldn't believe her age.

It definitely runs in the family, as her sisters share the same beautiful complexion and there isn't a wrinkle in sight.

Lure Hsu told Friday Magazine : "Moisturising is so important - in fact, ageing, fine lines and other skin problems moisturising can reduce.

"In addition, to keep skin healthy the sun is also very important, but not excessive exposure to it - especially in the summer."

She also recommended eating less meat and more fibre, swapping them for more high-protein foods - and plenty of exercise, of course.
