I've got an idea: How about we just bring our troops home, and ignore the living shite out of them? They aren't going to nuke us. They aren't even going to nuke Japan or SK.

China, Russia, USA should all coordinate a very intimidating fly-by of several hundred air fortresses, bombers, and fighters.

They have enough fireower pointed at Seoul and the border for a very significant loss of American Troops, South Korea Troops, and Seoulians.
