WGNO is consistently last in the ratings and a hot blonde with tits will do nothing to help them.
New Orleans is predictable with its media. They want a moderately intelligent male news anchor to make them feel like intelligence is attainable , a dumb but reasonably attractive female pair to make them feel smart and ages well to make women feel beauty is attainable. A quirky weatherman to entertain them when the weather is extraordinarily predictable but to incite fear in the appearance of a hurricane, a no shite really knowledgable and intelligent sports anchor since this is the only thing locals have deep and inside knowledge of, and finally a decent investigative reporter "on their side".

Sure but I think there are some variations in different parts of the country. In New York for example it is smart sassy female with dumb arse male. In DC it seemed to be a forgettable reasonably intelligent pair. LA and Miami employ the exceedingly good looking.
