Fake news. There is a comment section. It spurred this:

I figured they deleted it and then disabled comments. i cannot see any comments or a way to post comments. Perhaps it was done when I looked but it is typical of Nola(dot)com to disable comments of the hottest topics or to only allow comments that support their agenda.
