yep...HRI is a nola company that has done countless developments here. I thnk they win again. If there was anything I learned in my time in development projects and public projecct aquisition, is that whoever was most politically connected wins. To me, that's HRI

I was personally biased to the Conrad but glad to see that the Four Seasons was selected...best alternative from my point of view.

I think the shite will finally happen this time. The New Orleans market is very attractive for this kind of investment.
