congrats to you, and a great deed done. I love dogs and have a soft spot for them. But if im being completely honest, i cant be late for work for stopping to get a dog that isnt mine.

I found a naked toddler on the side of the road once. Cars just buzzing past her, no one stoping. I stopped and called the cops.

Good on you. Really sad the dog didn't make it man.

I have such a soft spot for dogs....we bred them to be dependent on us and then people leave them to fend.

I witnessed a guy pull over....throw a puppy out his truck....and then drive away. WTF. I snatched it up and thankfully a good buddy of mine was looking for a new dog.

I would have done the same OP. No way I could leave an injured dog suffering.

in front of the crackhouses on O'Neal Lane...right before the old Jay's Donuts.

I was like a crazy person out there...parked my car slanted in the street until I moved her. People were cussing me out and I was yelling back. Not my best moment but I was pissed at humanity.

Think you did a good thing and I'm not trying to be a dick but, why did you feel the need to write this?

Were you really so shocked other people would not do the same thing?

OR

Did you want everyone to know about your good deed and pat you on the back?

On a busy road, no one would stop to help an injured dog and I'm relatively sure the dog was dumped out.

People are too busy driving and txting on cell phones to give a shite anymore.

If you can't take a moment to be compassionate for an injured dog, then you aren't much of a human being. Sorry you had to go through that, sounds extremely depressing and stressful. I hope it didn't take too much of a toll on you. Humanity says Thank You.
