12 and 13 year olds in NOLA are robbing people with real guns.
And they're also stupidly pointing BB guns that look real at each other and even others all over sunurbia USA. Thugs all of them, right?

I'm in law enforcement and I agree that these guys may have not followed proper training and should be removed from enforcement duties but to say this officer commited a murder and that's what he intended to do because he wanted to kill somebody or because of the kids race is ludacriss. He was put in a very poor situation by the driver and made a judgement call but he is no threat to society. I'd like to see how many if you guys would stand there while someone is pointing a gun at you.

Brandishing. You can watch the video yourself.
There's a reason the shooter had been turned down and considered incompetent by several other departments

Gun being pointed at him? Most definitely not.

Not thugs but definitely sketchy. Wouldn't blame a cop for thinking it's real at all.

Wtf does the video have to do with what the 911 caller told the dispatcher. The cops never saw a video before arriving...they were informed by dispatch about a man with a gun pointing ( threatening) people in a park.
Why don't you go read what the caller said before continuing with this stupidity. Or how about asking your cop friends how serious they take calls about people pointing guns at people.

Who is he pointing at? There's no one else there.
He was lifting his shirt when Barney Fife shot him

Is that the kid?
That's the "kid"
This is the "toy gun"
If your wife and kids are playing at the park.
You going to just assume it's a toy?

She that blurred out white oval in the second pic?
That's a person. And there are people out of view of the camera.
Look, the cop was a dumbass.
That doesn't make Tamir any more of a thug in training.
And Tangerine, sure kids play war. They are usually all informed that the other side is playing war. And not doing it in a public park.

I'm going to try to simplify this for you...
What information did the police have when they showed up on scene...the video or what the 911 caller witnessed?

While I usually agree with you Shrubber, I think in this instance your own checkered past with law enforcement is clouding your judgement.

Damn, you really get pissed defending bad cops

i am having fun actually...just a little surprised you are the one who is allowing me to have so much fun. I have never defended these cops...you on the other hand really need to learn the difference in brandishing and pointing a gun...even though both can be considered threatening to others...maybe you should learn what threatening is also

Reasonable analogy.
