And AZ. Not sure if it's BS. Should Tesla be allowed an exemption?

How can the courts not reject this "ruling."

You make a perfectly good and legal product and should be able to sell it however you want.

So, a company shouldn't be allowed to sell their product directly to the public in a free country?

Louisiana alcohol laws work in a similar fashion

My brother, who's been in the biz and close to dealers in TX, says the arguments he's heard is "it's the law" and "consumers benefit from dealer competition."

Alcohol laws are a different beast, mainly because of the 21 amendment.

It's amazing what conservative polititions will pass, and then claim to be for small government.

Apparently not in places where car dealerships have greater influence than manufacturers. This abides by the implications of a free country.

I honestly don't think manufacturers want to deal with the public. Also, it does drive down the cost having multiple franchisees competing for customer's business.

I see you know nothing about Telsa's business model.

its why I always laugh when I hear people who have been suckered in by guys like Cruz and Rand/Ron Paul.

They are all conservative and against gov't intervention right up until they get paid off by a corporation to do their bidding.

Ron Paul's big kick used to be that any and all career politicians are bad news. Well guess what he and his son are now?

Google it. Their plan would cut out the middle man, and they would pass the savings to their customers.

Clearly you don't know much about Ron Paul. I doubt anyone can ever find any evidence that he ever changed a vote due to influence from corporations or lobbyists.
