It has worked wonders on my wife. I have been trying to convince her to try it and she finally did. She uses it twice a day and.ow panics when she is getting low on pods.

Works wonders. I use it when I get done on the mower and have to get all the gunk out of my nose. My SI's have gone down substantially since I bought one.

And either boil or use distilled water.

If just using for the first time, just do the can Saline rinses, or a regular Neil med sinus rinse bottle.

Navage gives a little more power but if you've never done a sinus rinse before it might put you off. Neil med makes their own powered sinus rinse as well called hydropulse. About half the price and you aren't stuck buying pods.

Neil Med Sinuplus rinse squeeze bottle, packet of saline powder and a little Alkalol in the mix and you’re good to go for about 20% the cost of a Navage. Highly recommend

I usually tell patients:

Make sure you’re using distilled water. You can buy an automatic distiller that gives you a gallon in about 4h for $80-120 on Amazon if you don’t want to go buy gallon jugs of it

Use a neti pot first, and if you find it helpful, grab a navage.

Game changer for my CPAP (looked it up and I need). My wife will be bitching about another appliance

My doctor called nasal rinsing a douche to get me to quit but it always helped
