I saw your post about the black community defending black trash.
My theory is their groupthink mentality overrides every other human characteristic. This is why people like Sharpton are so detrimental to the growth of the black community. They set their own race back 10 years everytime they open their mouth.

They should put a curfew on kids that young. Arrest the parents of any kid under 13 or 14 that is caught committing a crime after dark. Fine the parents if they are unsupervised after 10.

One night last year my gf and I were walking back to our car late at night (probably 2 am) in the Marigny after a night on Frenchmen. When we got to some darker streets off the beaten path we were approached by a gang of little kids. There must've been 10-15 of them ranging from 8-12 years old I would guess.
Anyway they started following us and asking us for a quarter. At this point of the night I was pretty intoxicated, so I decided to mess with them a little bit (as my gf was taking off her heels ready to start sprinting). I kept messing with their "leader" asking him why he's selling himself short and only asking for a quarter? That's chump change he should be looking for more than that.
After about 5 minutes of this they turned around and left us alone. I won't lie I was getting a little nervous for a few minutes, but I knew me and my gf could easily outrun those little frickers as we're both in good shape and she runs marathons.
Anyway they started following us and asking us for a quarter.
