Who wrote this list? NYC at #11?? Behind fricking Rochester and Buffalo? Yeah, this list is crap. There is no where in the Western hemisphere that gets the tourism and the amount of people who want to live here like NYC has.

New Orleans has an excitement/suspense factor that other cities don't have.
You can get great food and experience some cool stuff, and all the while you're wondering if you're about to get mugged, shot, car-jacked, or just randomly beaten over the head with a tire iron. It's a thrilling experience.
