we got this one in gym, they do make a bit bigger 45lb bar

hand angles change when you flip, presses, close grip presses, tri's, curls, the possibilities are endless, bit to get used to bc of the difference but i may not goback to a straight bar doing bench presses again.

that is pretty sweet, its amazing how changing your grip changes the muscles worked. MY personal trainer suggested some grip changes on my curls, holy frick, I couldn't move my arms the next day.

yeah, my shoulders sometimes get jacked from presses, this forces you to keep elbow's angled with that grip angle.

Cause you arent retracting you scapula. Learn how to bench. Dont just give up the lift.

Or his elbows aren't tucked, which this bar pretty much forces.

you always stood out at the straight bar anyway. The females could see right through the act. Gaydar going haywire.

You feel some soreness after a new workout, and that leads you to the conclusion that it is effective?

Well, you might as well go and buy a shake weight too.

soreness was not my sole basis. are you arguing with the effectiveness of this multi grip bar or do you just want to hear yourself type?
