So my aunt is in from Austin for a family get together, she works at an insurance company and said that a 20 year old, seemingly normal/non-special needs male had his mom with him for a job interview and he asked if she could attend!
Needless to say, she was not allowed in the interview and he was "not a good fit."

Maybe his mom is a successful business women, and he wanted her at the initial interview to properly vet the employer. Interviews are a two way street.

Your aunt should have seen how far mom would go to get junior the job.

Eating pussy. I'm saying your aunt should have gotten her pussy munched by the mom.

Or maybe he just needs to spit his mommy's nipple out of his mouth and start being a man.

Had a guy who was right at 40 show up with his mom and dad for an interview few years ago. It was super fricking weird. He was hired as a contract worker as a favor for someone. Lasted couple years maybe.

ETA: mom sat next to guy in a chair and the dad walked around the office looking at stuff on walls during the "interview."

So the kid sucks because he's a millennial. What's the mom's excuse? Do you have to be young for it to be a generational issue?

Was his mom a millennial? What about a new low for her generation?

I've had a relative tell stories similar to this that happened back in the 80's. It's not a new development no matter how much you want it to be.

This is such stupidity. I'm 29 and no one I know that's 25 or so and up fits the description of a "millennial".

It's even more stupid, considering the fact that when I was growing up, I was always told I was part of the "generation x 'losers' that would destroy this country."

To label a whole generation is idiotic anyways. There's idiots in every generation, as evidenced by the labeling of these generations.
