Goat Ranch
Basically a driving ranch with junk to aim at and points awarded with a huge bar inside.
This sounds like it would work great in Nola, without the capital like a Top Golf place would need.

At the St. Rose Range you can hit at the trampolines, junk car/trucks, or the boat. Not much of a range but the burgers are pretty good.
